Move over Miami! Jersey’s got yet another Cuban feather for its multicultural cap.
1958 Cuban Cuisine offers authentic Island favorites including Ropa Vieja and Churrasco a la Cubana. The restaurant’s owners, Luis and Sophia Perez, say the restaurant is named for the ‘last great year in Cuba’ before Fidel Castro took control in 1959,” according to TAPinto Westfield.
The Perez Family also owns Sofi’s Color Lounge in Westfield and Cranford.
